Rakuten Golf Business - Sales Consulting Division: Overseas Sales (Korea Specialist)
Rakuten Group operates 70+ services across e-commerce, payments, finance, telecommunications, media, and sports, serving approximately 100 million domestic and 1 billion+ global customers.
Department: Golf Business Sales Consulting Division - Overseas Sales Group (Korea specialist). Reports to department with 90 members (average age approximately 30). Team of 4: one Hawaii specialist, two Asia specialists, three new graduates, one mid-career hire.
Responsibilities:
- Interface with Korean business partners
- Provide customer service for Korean Rakuten GORA users
- Negotiate inbound service adoption with domestic golf courses
- Develop overseas golf reservation business
- Manage Korean partnership operations
- Handle golf course reservations for Korean customers and arrange Hawaii/Thailand golf bookings for Korean users
Required Qualifications:
- Corporate B2B sales experience
- Business-level fluency in Japanese, English, and Korean
