Guest Experience Manager at ANA InterContinental Beppu Resort & Spa in Oita, Japan (20 minutes by car from JR Beppu Station). Responsibilities include overseeing lobby service, valet service, guest transportation, sightseeing guidance, greeting and serving guests including VIPs, handling complaints and emergencies, planning and conducting tourist activities, training and mentoring team members, and managing shift operations. Requirements: 5+ years of guest experience or hotel accommodation department experience (manager/in-charge level preferred), business-conversation English (TOEIC 735-860), and fluent Japanese (JLPT N1); Chinese and Korean proficiency preferred. Annual salary ¥4,200,000-¥4,800,000 plus incentives, full social insurance, IHG accommodation discounts, up to 20 paid vacation days, special leave, full transportation reimbursement, car commuting with parking, and 120 annual holidays. Full-time shift system (8 hours daily).
