GRO-Korean speaker also acted as key personnel when it comes with the non-English speaker Korean guest. Requirements Fluent in English (both written and spoken) Fluent in a second foreign language (Korean) Some experience in customer service or guest relation Pleasant personality Good communication skills Knowledge of computer / recent / relevant technology equipment and usage Able to work flexible hours
