【Key Responsibilities】
- Handle customer problems through phone/email and resolve them through effective communication
- Process flight booking issues including cancellations, rebooking, personal information changes, baggage problems
- Monitor ticket information and booking records
- Provide booking confirmation information to customers
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues
- Attend one-on-one and team meetings
- Report operational feedback to Team Leader
