Position: Head of Finance and Accounting - Corporate Launch Company: RLWRLD Inc (Korean AI and robotics company) Location: Chiyoda, Tokyo (1-minute walk from JR Tokyo Station) Employment Type: Full-time permanent Mission: Build corporate accounting, finance, and legal foundations for the Japanese subsidiary launch. Work with tax/law firms to establish practical operations while maintaining fund flows between headquarters (US/Korea) and Japan. Major Duties: 1) Accounting & Tax: Monthly closing, financial closing, tax firm liaison, consumption tax, billing/payments management, expense reimbursement policies 2) Initial Contract & Legal Support: Contract review, legal consultation preparation, client information compilation, data protection basics 3) Management Systems: Implement accounting tools, establish internal regulations, bank account setup 4) Headquarters Collaboration: Organize business operations for US/Korean headquarters, generate reports, organize transaction schemes Hours: Flextime (no core time) Holidays: Two-day weekends, ~120 days annually Benefits: Full social insurance, transportation expenses
