Head of Sales – Global Insight, Japan & S. Korea at S&P Global, located in Tokyo, Japan. The role leads the fast-growing Global Insight Japan & S. Korea Sales Team within the Market Intelligence Risk & Valuation Sales Organization, reporting to the Head of GI Sales for APAC. Key responsibilities: manage senior new-business sales professionals to exceed targets, engage key local stakeholders for enterprise growth, drive sales goals, compensation planning and travel-budget management, monitor team performance, develop strategic client relationships, and own the team quota. Business line covers Government, Financial and Corporate customers across Economics (including PMI), Global Risk, and Supply Chain & Maritime. Mandatory: bachelor's degree, 10+ years sales and sales-leadership experience, business-level fluency in English and Japanese, expert Microsoft Office. Korean language capability is a preferred bonus. Location fixed at Tokyo, Japan; on-site role requiring Japan residency.
