Holiday Agent – Korean/ Japanese Language | Base Salary 20M Gross + KPI Bonus, Total income up to 45M/month

We are seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and communicative candidates to join our team as Holiday Agents. This position is responsible for consulting and assisting customers in planning, selecting, and booking comprehensive travel packages.

1. Job Description

• Provide consultation and introduce comprehensive travel packages, including flights, cruises, tours, hotels, vacation combos, car rentals, and other related travel services to customers via phone, email, or internal platforms.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers; identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Present membership benefits and the value of the company’s products, ensuring that customers clearly understand the advantages of using services.
• Follow up on the entire booking process, including confirmation, changes, cancellations, and handling special requests from customers.

2. Candidate Requirements

• College or university degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Foreign Languages, Economics, or other related fields.
• Good communication skills in Korean, equivalent to TOPIK Level 3 and proficient English communication skills, equivalent to B2 level or above.
• OR good communication skills in Japanese and proficient English communication skills, equivalent to B2 level or above.
• Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in tourism, sales, customer service, telesales, or call center operations are preferred.
• Candidates are required to submit their CV in ENGLISH.

3. Benefits

• Fixed salary: VND 20,000,000 per month (gross) + KPI bonus, total income up to VND 45,000,000
• Performance-based bonus policy according to work results and KPIs.
• Full participation in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance in accordance with Vietnamese laws.

4. Working Time and Location

• Location: 4th and 5th floor of Milgroup Building, 214 Tran Quang Khai Street, Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi.
• Working time: Monday to Friday, Saturdays and Sundays off.
