Responsibilities include guiding international tourists through Fukuoka attractions such as Tenjin and Fukuoka Castle while operating street carts safely, conducting pre-operation safety briefings and traffic checks, and store operations such as managing reservations, customer reception, cart preparation/inspection, and facility cleaning. Required qualifications: a valid standard Japanese driver's license and conversational ability in English or Korean with tourists; no prior cart experience needed. Starting hourly wage is ¥1,300 with a mandatory one-month Tokyo training (expenses covered, ¥100,000 bonus on completion), performance bonuses up to ¥300,000 annually, annual raises, transportation allowance up to ¥20,000 monthly, full overtime pay, and social insurance. Hours are 09:30-21:30 (shift-based), minimum four days weekly. On-site work in Fukuoka.
