HR Business Partner (Factory Operations) at a foreign-affiliated food manufacturer in Japan (up to ¥8M).
Responsibilities: handle recruitment (full-time, part-time, technical interns, and skilled foreign workers), attendance management, overtime/night-shift monitoring, payroll data coordination, social insurance procedures, occupational health support and safety management across multiple factory locations. Partner with factory managers, department heads, headquarters HR, social labor consultants, and occupational physicians.
Requirements: bachelor's degree; 2+ years corporate recruitment experience; basic English; native-level Japanese (JLPT N1); ability to travel to factories as needed. WELCOMED (PREFERRED): KOREAN LANGUAGE, manufacturing HR experience, multi-domain labor/payroll expertise, foreign-worker recruitment experience.
Compensation: ¥5M–¥8M based on qualifications. Full social insurance, two-day weekends, paid leave. Full-time permanent.
