JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Process employment contracts, attendance tracking, leave requests and prepare documentation for personnel actions. Handle administration for statutory benefits (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan/Kesehatan or local health insurance/pension plans). Ensure operational alignment with labor regulations and internal company policies. KEY REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Minimum 1–3 years experience in general HR functions (Recruitment, HR Administration, Personnel Data Management, or Employee Relations). Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply. Basic understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, payroll processing concepts, and standard HR administration workflows. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data entry, reporting, and presentations. High level of discipline, integrity, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Strong ability to handle confidential personnel records, contracts, and data entry with high accuracy and confidentiality Having good Korean Speaking would be an advantage.
