Key responsibilities: discover and develop trainees through auditions; plan and execute original audition concepts; manage candidate sourcing and audition operations; track casting metrics and produce reports; manage training schedules, budgets, and progress; and build relationships with trainees and external collaborators such as instructors and creators. Requirements: 1+ years experience in entertainment or education/training; proactive, positive work attitude; strong communication skills with teenage candidates; PC proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets). Preferred qualifications: 1+ years casting/audition experience at talent agencies; video production, editing, and Photoshop skills; business-level Korean or English; and data privacy and compliance understanding.
