Position: Casting (Talent Discovery & Development)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Identifying promising trainees through audition planning and execution
- Candidate sourcing, audition implementation, and progress management
- Numerical tracking of casting results, meeting reports
- Lesson scheduling, budget management, progress monitoring
- Trainee communication and coordination with internal/external specialists
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in entertainment industry or education roles
- Strong communication ability with teenage candidates
- PC proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years casting/audition experience
- Video shooting, editing, Photoshop content skills
- Business-level Korean or English proficiency
