Position: HR Business Partner

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify core organizational issues through business leader discussions and HR data analysis
- Maximize organizational performance through performance management and engagement initiatives
- Deliver specialized coaching to management levels
- Ensure compliance with Japanese labor law; manage employee relations
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years HR experience in Japan
- Native-level Japanese language proficiency
- Comprehensive knowledge of Japanese labor law
Preferred Qualifications:
- Business-level Korean or English language skills
