Position: Music Partnership Manager (Tie-up & Creative) Company: HYBE JAPAN (~300 employees) Location: Tokyo (Shibuya, 1-minute walk from Shibuya Station) Employment Type: Full-time Tie-up Operations: - Build relationships with media content rights holders (anime, film, drama, advertising) - Research tie-up opportunities and develop acquisition strategies - Match opportunities with appropriate artists - Negotiate contract terms; coordinate across departments Creative Operations: - Plan and execute Song Sessions (music production sessions) - Establish relationships with domestic and international songwriters and producers - Develop external artist/creator collaboration concepts - Research global music trends Required Qualifications: - 5+ years in entertainment tie-up sales OR music production/A&R - Strong communication and cross-departmental coordination Preferred Qualifications: - Business-level Korean language skills - K-POP/J-POP market knowledge - Project management experience Benefits: Social insurance, flexible hours, free beverages/snacks, 100,000 yen welfare catalog, paid leave bonuses, retirement plan.
