HYBE JAPAN, part of the global entertainment company HYBE, is hiring an Artist PR Manager for its Artist Communication Division, which manages domestic artist promotions, PR, media relations, artist management during Japan visits, and staff support. Key responsibilities: team management of 2-5 staff including contractors, strategic stakeholder engagement and project management, artist press releases and media distribution, promotion strategy development and execution, media relations across TV, radio, magazines and web, issue management for artists, broadcast coordination and on-site management, media analysis and broadcast strategy, and artist schedule and event oversight. Requirements: bachelor's degree minimum, 7+ years relevant industry experience, 3+ years management experience, business-level English proficiency, expertise in press materials and document creation, deep understanding of Japanese media landscape and Korea-Japan relations, media relationship and communication capability, broadcasting/media sector experience and networks, music industry knowledge and interest, and advanced communication and negotiation skills. Preferred: entertainment/media/IT PR background, domestic media experience, PR/product planning, social media marketing experience, and conversational Korean. Location: Tokyo, HYBE JAPAN headquarters office. Full-time, flexible 8-hour schedule, 3-month probation.
