Ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with MacOS and iOS environments, excellent communication skills, and ability to support users across regions including Korean-speaking stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Provide technical support diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in-person - Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, peripherals, and software applications - Act as first point of contact for IT support, handling user requests and incident resolution - Manage user onboarding and offboarding including account creation, access provisioning, and training - Support and maintain MacOS and iOS devices for optimal performance - Monitor system performance, manage backups, and ensure security protocol adherence - Maintain documentation of support tickets, troubleshooting steps, and IT asset inventory - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve IT service delivery - Provide support for network connectivity, system access, and application issues - Assist in implementing automation, scripting, or process improvements Requirements: - 5+ years total IT Support experience with minimum 3+ years relevant hands-on experience - Strong IT technical support and end-user support environment background - Hands-on experience supporting MacOS and iOS platforms - Fluency in English and Korean (written and spoken) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Hardware, software, and basic network troubleshooting experience - User account management, system setup, and IT operations support familiarity Preferred Qualifications: - Scripting or automation exposure (Bash, PowerShell) - Basic cybersecurity principles and best practices knowledge - Cloud platforms and virtualization technologies familiarity - eCommerce or Manufacturing environment experience
