Position: (Korean Language) Injection Mold Project Management Engineer Company: Nanjing LG Electronics R&D Co., Ltd. Location: Qinhuai District, Nanjing, Jiangsu, China Salary: 15,000-25,000 RMB, 14-month pay Experience: 5-10 years | Education: Bachelor's degree Key responsibilities: 1. Development data & quotation management - receive and manage 2D/3D design data from the Korean headquarters, organize development requirements, issue RFQs to Chinese mold suppliers, compare quotes, prepare vendor selection materials, review mold structure and specifications. 2. Mold design review & manufacturing monitoring - conduct DFM reviews, manage aesthetic specifications for TV and appliance components, review large multi-cavity mold structures, monitor manufacturing progress and design changes. 3. Trial production & quality approval - manage T0/T1/T2 trial scheduling, set injection conditions, inspect surface defects, verify dimensions and assembly fit, coordinate approval decisions with headquarters. 4. Mold acceptance & export - final structure/performance/cooling inspections, tool acceptance per checklist, packaging and export logistics, remote support during initial mass production. 5. Mold procurement & cost management - supplier selection and database management, contract negotiation, purchase orders and payments, cost invoice review. Requirements: - 5+ years of mold development management, manufacturing or mold procurement experience - Understanding of injection/stamping molds for TVs, appliances and IT products - English CET-4 or above, OR Korean TOPIK Level 5 or above (韩语Topik五级及以上) Preferred: 3+ years appliance mold design, 3D CAD (NX), Moldflow, DFM/FMEA, hot runner mold expertise, import/export and customs experience.
