Mission: Support Amazon's Customer Trust and Partner Support (CTPS) division to ensure safe online transactions by investigating seller legitimacy and eliminating e-commerce risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review document legitimacy from sellers using Amazon portals and tools
- Verify personal/business information against internal and external sources
- Assess new sellers for marketplace onboarding; identify and prevent fraudulent actors
- Communicate via email with third-party sellers in multiple languages
- Minimize friction for legitimate sellers while maintaining security standards
- Monitor fraud patterns; achieve weekly productivity/quality targets
- Flexibility for weekend/holiday shifts as needed
Language Requirements (all three required, not pick-any-one):
- Korean: Business level (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
- Japanese: Business level (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
- English: Business level minimum (reading, writing); speaking/listening preferred
Basic Qualifications:
- Team player capable of learning in global environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency
- Time management and multitasking ability
