IT Comtor (Korean-Speaking)

• University of Korean language faculty graduated • Korean: Fluent (TOPIK 5–6 or equivalent) - Good at business listening and speaking. • Experience: at least 01 years worked as an IT Comtor & working with Korean clients. • IT Knowledge: Basic understanding of software & IT field • Soft Skills: Good communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. • Domain Knowledge: Experience or knowledge in the Healthcare domain is a strong plus. (if have) We are looking for an IT Comtor (Korean-speaking). You will be the main bridge between our internal Project team and Korean stakeholders. You will manage communications, translate project documents, and help track project progress. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Communication & Translation • Translate documents, requirements, and emails between Korean and Vietnamese. • Interpret during online and offline meetings with Korean stakeholders. • Ensure clear communication and prevent misunderstandings between both teams. 2. Project Support • Work with the Project team to clarify requirements from Korean clients for the development team. • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items. • Assist the PM with project planning and schedules. 3. Stakeholder Management • Build and keep a good working relationship with Korean clients. • Receive feedback, collect change requests.
