IT Network & Security - PT. Daewoong Group Indonesia Position Overview: Full-time role supporting network, infrastructure, and IT security operations across Daewoong Indonesia's shared services supporting 6 subsidiaries and approximately 360 employees. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, maintain, and monitor network, server, and IT infrastructure performance for stable, secure operations - Operate and maintain IT security controls, endpoint protection, security solutions, and access management systems - Monitor infrastructure and security incidents; perform troubleshooting and coordinate issue resolution - Conduct vulnerability assessments, security reviews, and preventive measures to protect information assets - Handle user feedback and operational issues related to network, infrastructure, and security services - Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and security guidelines - Conduct security awareness activities promoting information security best practices company-wide Required Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years experience in network, infrastructure, or IT security operations - Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, firewalls, endpoint security, system administration - Understanding of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and security best practices - Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems including troubleshooting and administration - Experience managing servers, networks, security devices, and enterprise security solutions - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields Preferred Qualifications (It's Even Better If You Have): - Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated industries - Security certifications (CISA, CISSP, CEH, Security+, or equivalent) - Experience in security awareness programs and IT governance implementation - Familiarity with asset management, system migration, infrastructure modernization projects - Proficiency in English and Korean languages Recruitment Process: Application -> Aptitude Test -> 1st Interview -> 2nd Interview -> Compensation Negotiation -> Final Onboarding Why Join Daewoong: Competitive salary reflecting skills and experience; performance-based compensation with promotion opportunities; autonomous work culture promoting ownership and engagement; meaningful work contributing to employee growth, customer satisfaction, and societal advancement; specialized training with direct Korean expertise access; Korea trips for top performers; international career development opportunities for exceptional talent.
