Overview: Seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support in a dynamic environment, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on MacOS and iOS experience, excellent communication skills, and can support users across regions including Korean-speaking stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, peripherals, and software applications
- Serve as first point of contact for IT support and incident resolution
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding including account creation and provisioning
- Support and maintain MacOS and iOS devices
- Monitor system performance, manage backups, and ensure security protocol adherence
- Document support tickets, troubleshooting steps, and IT asset inventory
- Collaborate with internal teams on complex issue resolution
- Provide network connectivity and application support
- Assist with automation and process improvements
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years total IT Support experience (3+ years hands-on)
- Strong end-user support background
- MacOS and iOS platform expertise
- Fluency in English and Korean (written and spoken)
- Hardware, software, and basic network troubleshooting skills
- User account management and IT operations experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Scripting/automation exposure (Bash, PowerShell)
- Cybersecurity principles knowledge
- Cloud platforms and virtualization familiarity
- eCommerce or Manufacturing experience
