HYBE JAPAN's JCONIC label seeks an A&R Specialist to drive single and album strategy for JCONIC artists targeting the Japanese market. The role involves close collaboration with producers to identify songwriters, composers, arrangers, and music producers whose styles match artist concepts. Key Responsibilities: Music trend analysis, research and song selection aligned with artist concepts, artist collaboration outreach, on-site direction during music production, media appearance coordination, concert audio quality control, writing session planning, securing and negotiating music tie-ups, and managing copyright/publishing contracts. Required: 3+ years A&R or music master recording production experience. Preferred: Label A&R experience, music specialization background, business-level English, awareness of domestic/international music trends, Japanese-Korean idol content knowledge.
