Experienced Lawyer (Korean Law) *Applicants must hold a Korean legal qualification. Location: Tokyo *Negotiable Role Overview: Providing advice primarily on cross-border Japan–Korea matters for Japanese and Korean companies, as well as Korean companies’ inbound investment into Japan. Practice Areas: General corporate law, dispute resolution, M&A, business succession, inheritance, real estate, finance, employment law, intellectual property, start-up support, general civil matters, Asia-related matters, and more. Requirements: · Strong legal analytical thinking, legal research, drafting, and learning abilities. · Working proficiency in English. (Japanese language skills are a plus.) · Approximately 2–5 years of post-qualification experience. · Experience at a law firm or in-house legal team in Japan is advantageous. · Diligence, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
