Maintain and update customer complaint information offline forms; supervise engineers to promptly input complaint information into the system; check for input errors to prevent information recording discrepancies and errors. 2. Conduct deep-level analysis and summary of complaint data. 3. Analyze and summarize internal returned goods / claim quality cost-related data (logic verification, responsibility determination). 4. Daily internal data statistics and compilation; internal weekly and monthly report production. 5. Maintain and update internal document systems and draft after-sales related official documents. 6. Provide data analysis and information support in improvement activities. 7. Complete data-related tasks and report/document production as assigned by leadership. 任职要求: 1. Bachelor's degree or above; proficient in Excel, Word, PPT and other office software (mandatory); familiar with OA and MES systems. 2. 3+ years work experience in battery core / separator factory processes, quality or statistics; possess basic knowledge of lithium batteries; understand lithium battery and separator production processes; familiar with quality tools such as QC 7-point methodology, 8D, 5WHY. 3. Clear logical thinking; proficient in data statistics, analysis, reporting capability and official document writing ability (data analysis and reporting capability mandatory). 4. Conscientious and responsible; strong execution; excellent communication and coordination skills. 5.
