Marketing Executive Director for a leading Korean cosmetics and inner beauty brand, full-time permanent role based in Nakano Ward, Tokyo, Japan. Hours 9 AM-6 PM (8 hours/day). Compensation ¥10-20 million annually. Responsibilities: develop and execute integrated annual marketing plans (online and offline) for all cosmetics and inner beauty products, negotiate with Korean brands and propose Japan-localized initiatives, review point-of-sale materials, display fixtures and packaging design, conduct market research for new brand launches (4P strategy), oversee localization collaboration with the Korean headquarters, supervise in-store promotions and merchandising, manage influencer and UGC campaign KPIs, and lead a marketing team of six. Requirements: 6+ years of multiple brand management roles as a product line leader, designed and executed integrated annual marketing plans within the last 3 years, and business-level Korean language proficiency (韓国語:ビジネスレベル).
