Korean Business Analyst (Hanoi based) Job Summary and Project Description In charge of gathering, analyzing, and defining project's requirements, communicate with Korean customers. Responsibilities - Act as a communication bridge between the client and the development team - Receive and analyze requirements from the client, clarify them, and convey to the development team - Investigate existing systems to understand business logic and propose approaches for building new systems - Prepare various project-related documents and deliverables per client requirements such as WBS, BRD, SRS, Function List, Screen Design Documents, etc. - Support document translation if needed - Manage and monitor project implementation progress - Report weekly and monthly work progress to the client and upper management Requirements - Education: Bachelor in Korean Language or related - Work Experience: 6 months to 3 years as IT BA; or 3-4 years as IT Communicator (Comtor). Candidates with Web/app Development project experience preferred. - Proficient in Korean (TOPIK level 5-6) - Basic English proficiency - Experience working with Korean clients - Experience with BA tools (DrawIO, Balsamiq, Visio) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence) Benefits and Perks Salary negotiated per competency.
