Position: Korean Cosmetics Product Planning & Promotional Manager Company: MISSHA Japan Co., Ltd. Location: Tokyo, Japan Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Staff Salary: 7-9 million yen annually Key Responsibilities: - Import and plan Korean cosmetic brands (MISSHA, A'PIEU) - Adapt Korean products for Japanese market - Develop Japan-exclusive self-select products for variety/drugstore distribution - Plan collaborative products with character licenses - Manage trademark registration processes - Create product copywriting and descriptions - Conduct market, competitive, and consumer trend analysis - Operate company SNS accounts and produce content (~2 days/week) - Review advertising compliance with pharmaceutical/fair representation laws - Support influencer collaborations with Korean headquarters - Execute promotional campaigns - Manage team members Required Qualifications: - 3+ years product planning experience in cosmetics or pharmaceutical manufacturing - Management/team leadership experience Preferred Qualifications: - Cosmetics industry background - Knowledge of pharmaceutical and fair representation laws - Korean language proficiency Benefits: Complete weekends off (Sat-Sun), paid holidays, additional leave, other benefits programs
