Korean Customer Service (Ophthalmology Care Products) at Sykes Information Technology (Shanghai). Location: Shanghai Jing'an District (东贤大厦, 江场路1228弄33号6楼). Short-term part-time, schedule 8:00-17:00, weekends off. Responsibilities: handle customer inquiries via phone and email; process complaints and quality issues; manage contact lens exchanges, refunds, compensation and returns; provide product knowledge and support; identify product quality problems; maintain customer records; comply with company policies; suggest process improvements; collaborate with the team. Requirements: associate degree minimum; fluent Korean (TOPIK Level 6) and basic English reading/writing; customer service or call center experience preferred; quality/process management background preferred; contact lens product knowledge preferred; strong communication and independent problem-solving; detailed documentation skills; ability to handle fast-paced multitasking environments.
