Korean Editorial Quality Analyst at Vaco by Highspring, based in Bandung, Indonesia. The client is scaling a copy workflow for synopses across a global content catalogue, and the Synopsis QC Evaluator reviews series-level and episodic synopses to assess whether they meet Foundational Quality Standards before publication. Responsibilities include reviewing synopses for accuracy, applying error codes across quality categories to determine pass or fail status, assigning error severity ratings on a one to four scale for failed synopses, joining regular group calibration sessions to resolve disagreements, and attending periodic quality syncs with the client team to discuss standards, edge cases, and feedback. Required qualifications are native or near-native Korean fluency with exceptional written English command covering grammar, syntax, style, and register; a background in film, television, or entertainment with deep understanding of storytelling across genres and formats including series, films, limited series, reality, documentaries, and animation; strong editorial judgement and attention to detail; the ability to make confident, consistent pass or fail decisions under time pressure; comfort with structured digital workflows and data entry tools such as Airtable; and a collaborative mindset. Preferred experience includes copy editing, content writing, metadata, localisation, entertainment quality control, RLHF or annotation workflows, familiarity with streaming content across genres and regions, and the ability to identify culturally sensitive and inclusive language issues. Compensation is US$800 to US$900 per month base salary.
