Korean-language finance manager based in Licheng District, Jinan, at a high-altitude work platform manufacturer (300-499 employees). Responsibilities: oversee all financial management for the company's Korean factory operations including accounting, tax filing and fund management; prepare monthly financial statements with 100% on-time submission and 98% accuracy; optimize local financial processes with at least two improvement proposals annually; coordinate China-Korea financial reconciliation each month. Requirements: bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, CPA or equivalent certification, 5+ years of manufacturing industry finance experience including 2+ years of overseas financial management, fluency in both Chinese and Korean, knowledge of IFRS and Korean accounting standards, and SAP experience.
