LG CNS Vietnam is hiring a Korean Human Resources Specialist for its office at Trang Due Industrial Park, Hai Phong City, Vietnam. The role covers the full HR cycle plus general affairs for the local entity. Recruitment duties include coordinating interviews and candidate communication, updating and overseeing recruitment progress with the relevant stakeholders, managing the offer process while ensuring compliance and transparency, and acting as the primary contact guiding new employees through onboarding. Compensation and benefits duties include collecting and recording timesheets, leave and overtime to prepare the monthly payroll, working with government departments to submit SMUI and PIT documents so employee benefits and obligations are met, preparing data for goal setting, evaluation and promotion plans per company regulations, conducting exit interviews, coordinating internal activities, birthdays, events and internal communications, and helping promote company values and HR policies. General affairs duties include supporting foreign staff with visa applications, extensions, work permits, temporary residence cards and e-sim registration, preparing resources for domestic and overseas business and training trips, updating enterprise registration certificates, authorization letters, company regulations and operating regulations, preparing documents for state agency inspections by Social Insurance, HEZA, DOLISA and Tax departments, organizing annual health check-ups, supporting office administration such as stationery, document filing and visitor reception, monitoring facility maintenance and repair, and assisting with vendor payments, inventory checking, office supply arrangements, quotation management, service bookings and contract management. Requirements: Korean speaking ability at TOPIK level 5 or above; a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; one year of HR experience specifically in recruitment and compensation and benefits; a strong understanding of Vietnamese labor law and HR best practices; proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint; and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
