Daewoo E&C Vina, a Korean construction and real estate developer operating in Vietnam since 2017, is hiring an Interpreter & External Relations Manager (1 headcount, manager level) in Hanoi. The role acts as the key liaison between VIP Korean and Vietnamese customers and internal departments, with roughly 70% of the work in customer management and interpretation and 30% in administration and cross-department coordination. Responsibilities: manage and support Korean and Vietnamese VIP customers throughout the transaction process; provide Korean-Vietnamese interpretation and translation for meetings, negotiations, contracts and client communications; accompany and assist VIP customers during meetings, site visits and business activities; identify and coordinate VIP customer requests, concerns and special needs; communicate customer requirements clearly to Sales and other internal departments; maintain professional relationships and uphold high customer service standards. Requirements: bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; 5-7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in real estate, sales management, finance or customer management; Vietnamese candidates must have strong Korean communication ability; strong Korean-Vietnamese interpretation and translation skills are highly preferred; professional appearance and refined customer-facing skills; proficiency with Excel/MS Office, with accounting or ERP experience an advantage; excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving and organizational abilities. Working schedule is Monday to Friday, extending to Monday-Saturday during peak sales periods of roughly 2-3 months per year, on site in Hanoi.
