PT Krakatau Posco, a steel manufacturer in Cilegon, Banten, is hiring a full-time Korean Interpreter to facilitate communication between Korean stakeholders and local Indonesian staff. Responsibilities include providing accurate and timely interpretation between Korean and Indonesian or English during meetings, presentations and negotiations, translating written documents, reports and correspondence, assisting in coordinating cross-cultural activities and events, serving as a cultural liaison who provides insights for effective collaboration, and maintaining strict confidentiality with sensitive company information. Requirements include fluency in Korean and Indonesian or English with a high degree of accuracy in interpretation and translation, strong written and verbal communication across all three languages, excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication ability, demonstrated interpretation or translation experience preferably in corporate or industrial settings, familiarity with business terminology and protocols, the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities, and strong time management and organizational skills. The position is entry-level within an administrative function.
