Korean Interpreter HR Staff

PT. SeAH Precision Metal Indonesia is hiring Korean Interpreter HR Staff on a contract basis for placement in Cikarang Selatan, West Java. The role interprets communications between local Indonesian employees and Korean expatriate staff, translates documents, reports, standard operating procedures, emails and work materials, supports internal and external meetings involving Korean parties, facilitates inter-departmental coordination with Korean stakeholders, and assists with the preparation and translation of HR, general affairs and administrative documents. The interpreter ensures translation accuracy and alignment with business context, handles administrative support related to translation activities, maintains confidentiality of company data, and supports operational activities requiring Korean communication. Qualifications include a minimum bachelor's degree, at least one year of relevant experience, active Korean language proficiency in both spoken and written form, preferred experience in the manufacturing, electronics or automotive industries, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills, a detail-oriented and disciplined attitude, and willingness to be placed in South Cikarang. This is an entry-level position.
