Role description: We are seeking skilled Medical Interpreters fluent in Korean and English for a 100% remote position. Responsibilities include providing accurate and timely interpretation enabling effective communication between patients and healthcare providers, performing simultaneous and consecutive interpreting, ensuring proper use of medical terminology, and facilitating clear and culturally appropriate communication in medical settings. Requirements: - Minimum 6 months to 3 years of professional interpretation experience (mandatory; interpretation experience must be shown on the resume). - Proven expertise in the medical or legal sectors. - Availability for OPI/VRI or scheduled appointments. - High level of listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills. Technical requirements: - Professional, HIPAA-compliant setup. - Wired USB headset with noise cancellation. - Minimum 10 Mbps upload speed and 20 Mbps download speed.
