About the role: Pixelogic is seeking experienced Korean-into-Japanese in-house QC editors. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, flexible and adapts quickly in fast-paced environments while managing changing priorities. Because of the sensitive nature of the delivery schedule, time flexibility is of paramount importance. Primary responsibilities: - Proofread and edit Korean-to-Japanese translated content using SSTG1Pro subtitling software and/or proprietary cloud-based subtitling platforms. - Leverage in-house glossary tools for consistency and follow client style guides. - Handle rejections and make file corrections. - Meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards. - Stay current with industry trends and adapt to evolving client requirements. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive content. Requirements: - Korean/Japanese bilingual proficiency required. - Command of English preferred but not mandatory; knowledge of other languages is an asset. - Minimum 3 years of translation and/or proofreading experience. - Experience with SSTG1Pro subtitling software desirable. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Demonstrated ability to meet rigorous schedules with flexible working hours. - Ability to follow technical and style guides for multiple client content types.
