Korean Language Instructor

Korean Language Instructor - PT Binajasa Abadikarya, Jakarta Timur (East Jakarta). Full-time, entry level, Education and Training function. Requirements: - Proficiency in the Korean language. - TOPIK II Level 3 or Level 4 certification preferred. - Teaching certification is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree or Diploma (D3) in Korean Language, Korean Studies, Education, or a related field preferred. - Previous Korean language teaching experience preferred. - Experience living, studying, or working in South Korea is an advantage. - Familiarity with the EPS-TOPIK examination system preferred. - Strong understanding of Korean culture and workplace practices. - Excellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills. - Patient, disciplined, and passionate about teaching. Responsibilities: - Deliver Korean language training programs aligned with the LPK curriculum. - Teach speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and pronunciation. - Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments. - Guide students preparing for EPS-TOPIK examinations. - Monitor and evaluate student learning progress. - Provide coaching and mentoring for South Korean employment preparation. - Teach Korean culture, workplace etiquette, and communication practices. - Maintain student records and learning databases. - Develop and improve training materials and teaching methods. - Prepare training reports and student performance evaluations.
