Position: Korean Language Marketer Company: ZenGroup Location: Japan (Kansai region) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Monthly 280,000-310,000 yen; estimated first-year total 4,000,000-4,300,000 yen; twice-yearly bonuses (June, December) Mission: Connect Japan to the world through e-commerce by building marketing skills in the Korean market and helping Korean speakers discover Japanese products. Main Responsibilities: - PPC marketing (Naver Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, Reddit) - Social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, X, Reddit) - Influencer marketing partnerships and collaborations - Community marketing across Telegram, Facebook groups, Reddit, Discord - Content marketing including SEO and organic strategies - Email marketing for mass and niche audiences - Data analysis using Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Looker Studio - Content localization from English to Korean Required Qualifications: - Native Korean speaker - Business-level English proficiency - Digital marketing experience (PPC, SEO, influencer, social media, email) - Minimum 1+ years corporate experience Preferred: Japanese language skills (JLPT N3+); web editing skills; data analysis experience; Korean market analysis expertise Benefits: Overtime compensation, transportation allowance (up to 30,000 yen/month), complete social insurance, business casual, professional training, Japanese/English language lessons, complimentary beverages Language Requirements: English business level; Japanese daily conversation level; Korean native level (mandatory)
