Sales Planning position for the Japanese subsidiary of a major Korean cosmetics manufacturer. Responsibilities include sales and planning proposals to Japanese clients, meetings on OEM/ODM product specifications, handling inquiries and needs assessment from new clients, and negotiations with the Korean factory using Korean language. Duties involve communicating specifications and development details to the Korean factory, negotiating delivery dates, quality management, and manufacturing specifications, plus related sales support tasks. Requirements: business-level Korean and Japanese proficiency, practical corporate sales experience, OEM/ODM industry experience, and basic PC skills. Flexible hours (7+ hours daily between 9 AM and 6 PM, negotiable), virtually no overtime (under 20 hours monthly), complete weekends off. Hourly wage 1,750 to 1,850 yen (estimated monthly 280,000 to 296,000 yen). Social insurance and transportation fully covered. Fixed-term temporary contract renewable, with work visa support available (Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services). Office located one minute from Nihonbashi Station.
