Microsoft Customer Service & Support (Tokyo, Japan) seeks a Technical Support Engineer (Korean Speaker) for Microsoft 365 — Exchange / Teams & Skype / SharePoint. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for Korean-speaking customers, providing support from Japan to customers in Korea. Required: bachelor's in CS/IT plus 1+ years technical support experience (or 3+ years equivalent); fluent Korean in reading, writing and speaking (advanced business-level Korean mandatory) plus strong English and Japanese. Shift 2:30 PM–11:00 PM with weekend on-call for Korean customers.
