Responsibilities: handle Korean user inquiries via natural, polite Korean communication; track orders, shipment status, and logistics; compile and document user feedback and product issues; provide market insights on Korean user preferences and promotional platforms; assist with social media content and community management. Requirements: fluent Korean (written and conversational), understanding of Korean consumer habits, attention to detail. Bonus: Korean study/work/living experience; familiarity with Wadiz, Naver, Coupang, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok. Remote work with flexible hours and a requirement for timely user response.
