Process guest service requests via typing through the hotel platform and coordinate communication between guests and hotels worldwide. Requires Korean fluency, English reading/writing for hotel coordination, customer-service awareness (experience preferred), and 8am-8pm shift scheduling, 8-hour workdays, 5 days on / 2 off.
