Korean Operator (TOPIK level 5 above)

Salvia is a Singapore-based tech startup connecting users worldwide with expert advisors on love, relationships, psychology, family and careers, specializing in Astrology, Horoscope, Spirituality and Tarot through its chat and call app. With a presence in the US, Latin America, Europe, Japan and Taiwan, the company is now expanding into the Korean market and is hiring a Korean-speaking team member in Ho Chi Minh City to grow its community of Korean expert advisors. Responsibilities: find, contact and hire advisors/consultants in Astrology, Horoscope, Spiritual or Emotional guidance in Korea; support onboarding, account setup and training for Korean advisors; operate and maintain consultant accounts to ensure smooth performance; monitor advisor availability and service quality on the app; create reports and develop action plans to grow the Korean advisor team. Requirements: university graduate; at least 1 year of working experience in Recruitment, HR, Sales, Business Development or other relevant roles; proficient in Korean (TOPIK level 5 or above preferred); comfortable communicating in English; organized, proactive and results-driven with problem-solving abilities; located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
