Responsibilities: communicate seamlessly with Korean clients and explain technical issues in Korean for patent infringement litigation, patent invalidation requests and trade secret cases; handle patent application communications involving Korean enterprises; manage trademark/copyright litigation and administrative enforcement involving Korean firms. Requirements: electronics-field or related major, bachelor's degree or above; passed China's unified legal profession qualification plus patent agent credentials; Korean as native/professional language with interpretation/translation capability; strong English reading/writing. Preference for prior study/work experience in Korea.
