Responsibilities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activities. Ensure compliance with IFRS and company accounting policies. Oversee month-end and year-end closing, revenue recognition, and expense allocation. Coordinate financial reporting and communication with Korea Headquarters. Lead finance-related ERP implementation, system enhancements, and process automation. Qualifications Native Korean speaker or local candidate proficient in Korean (minimum TOPIK Level 5). English proficiency preferred. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial reporting. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, IFRS, and accounting processes. ERP system experience and process improvement skills are an advantage.
