KOREAN SPEAKER Business Development & Strategy Coordinator

Role Summary:
Support the Director as a strategic liaison between Korean headquarters and the Indonesian branch. Participate actively in new business initiatives and special projects as a task force member, contributing to planning, execution, and business development. This position offers strong career growth potential and may evolve into a Chief of Staff role.
Required Qualifications:
- Korean proficiency (spoken & written), TOPIK Level 5 or above
- Preferred: Good English communication skills
- Previous experience in executive support, business planning, sales, business development, or project management
Position Details:
- Department: Indonesian Branch Office / Reports To: Director
- Authority: Cross-functional activity coordination on behalf of Director
- Work Arrangement: On-site, Indonesia
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support & Special Projects: Participate in task forces for new business initiatives and special projects; conduct research, planning, and execution; support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights; monitor project execution and track milestones and deliverables.
Strategic Communication & Coordination: Act as liaison between Director and local teams; coordinate cross-departmental collaboration; organize meetings, prepare minutes, manage follow-ups; build relationships with business partners and external stakeholders.
Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships; conduct market research and competitive analysis; coordinate client meetings and prepare proposals; track and report sales performance.

Performance Expectations (First 90 Days): Support execution of at least two new business/special project task forces; independently execute at least one local business development initiative.
