(Korean Speaker) HR & Accounting - PT KKDC Indonesia House, Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya. Contract/Temporary, Accounting Officer/Clerk. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Korean Speaker to support both Human Resources and Accounting functions. The ideal candidate will serve as a communication bridge between Korean management and the local team while ensuring smooth HR and financial administrative operations. Key Responsibilities Human Resources: - Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates, make report in Korean - Maintain employee records and HR documentation - Support onboarding and offboarding processes - Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll-related administration - Translate HR documents and interpret during meetings when necessary - Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations Accounting: - Process invoices, payments, and reimbursement requests - Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable - Prepare accounting documents and maintain financial records - Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting - Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and vendors as required - Support budget tracking and expense monitoring Translation & Communication: - Translate documents between Korean and/or Indonesian - Interpret during meetings and business discussions (if needed) - Facilitate communication between Korean staff and local employees Qualifications: - Proficient in Korean (TOPIK Level 4 or above is preferred) - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Experience in HR, Accounting, or Administration is preferred - Good understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality
