Standard Chartered is hiring a Korean Speaking-Manager, Sourcing Services, based in Malaysia or China (Tianjin). This Supply Chain Management sourcing role handles low-to-medium complexity sourcing engagements aligned with global category strategies, develops deal strategies, leads contract negotiations and competitive sourcing events (RFx, eAuction), supports vendor and third-party risk management, and ensures governance and regulatory compliance (AML, sanctions). Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Law, minimum 5 years procurement experience, strong commercial contract and third-party risk knowledge, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, Excel proficiency, and Korean language proficiency (speaking, reading, writing) as a key requirement in addition to English.
