LTS Group is looking for a hands-on Project Manager in the Hanoi Capital Region to lead Physical AI and robotics data collection projects. The role is responsible for identifying suitable factories, workshops, and vocational schools as collection sites, coordinating field operations, and scaling delivery teams across multiple locations. Responsibilities: - End-to-end management of Data Annotation / AI Data projects for Korean clients. - Act as the primary contact for direct Korean-language client communication regarding requirements, plans, progress, quality, and issues. - Analyze client requirements and translate them into implementation plans for internal teams. - Develop and manage project plans including timelines, workload, manpower allocation, productivity, and delivery. - Manage teams of Sub Leads, Leaders, Reviewers/QA, Annotators, and other resources. - Monitor project KPIs: progress, productivity, quality, utilization, and costs. - Identify risks and bottlenecks proactively, propose solutions, and escalate issues in a timely manner. - Collaborate with QA and Training teams on guideline development and quality improvement. - Manage specification and guideline changes and ensure consistent implementation. - Prepare regular reports and conduct project governance activities per company policies. - Coordinate with Delivery Lead, Sales, HR/Recruitment, and Finance teams for project expansion or scaling. - Propose process, tool, and operational improvements for enhanced productivity and cost efficiency. Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of Senior IT Comtor experience, or 2-3 years of project/team management experience. - BPO, Data Annotation, AI Data, or large-scale BPO operations experience preferred. - Ability to manage people, timelines, quality, and costs simultaneously. - Direct client-facing experience with issue and escalation handling. - Korean proficiency sufficient for direct business communication with clients, including meetings, chat and email, requirement discussions, and issue resolution without relying entirely on a Comtor. - Resource planning, workload allocation, and productivity monitoring skills. - Data-driven mindset with Excel/Google Sheets and project management tool proficiency. - Proactive approach with high ownership and adaptability to frequent changes.
