Korean-Speaking Project Manager

Korean-Speaking Project Manager at GEM Corporation, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Full-time. Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end software development projects for Korean clients. - Monitor project progress, quality, scope, timeline, and resource allocation. - Coordinate with Dev, QA, BA, and related stakeholders to ensure effective delivery. - Work directly with clients in meetings, reporting, and issue handling. - Participate in presale activities including requirement clarification, effort/cost estimation, proposal preparation, and delivery approach development. - Collaborate with Sales/BD teams to expand accounts and identify new business opportunities. - Contribute to delivery process improvement and project operation management. Required Skills and Experience: - Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Development / IT Outsourcing in a PM role. - Experience working with international clients. - Strong project management, stakeholder management, and risk management skills. - Proficient in Korean communication. - Proactive mindset with strong ownership and business-oriented thinking. Preferred Qualifications: - Presale or solution discussion experience. - Technical/development background. - Onsite or customer-facing role experience. - PMP certificate.
